Edward builds a billy cart

We were up at the farm on the weekend and Grandpa Cowlishaw helped Edward build a billy cart.

Edward tried it out on the grass.

Barnaby at basketball

Barnaby played his last game of basketball for the season on Saturday.

The game was played at the senior school and Newington beat Arden 22-6.

Barnaby and Mummy made this hydraulic robot arm today.

It was a Christmas present for Barnaby.

Today Edward performed in North Newtown Public School's class 1R's Caberet.

Barnaby has a new bike!

Barnaby and Daddy went to King Street Cyclery in Newtown on Saturday afternoon and bought Barnaby a new bike.

He had outgrown his old one, which Edward now rides.

The new bike is a 21-speed Mongoose mountain bike.

Barnaby loves it.

Barnaby stars in University of NSW English competition

Well done Barnaby, who received a distinction in the UNSW 2012 International Competitions and Assessments for School - English.

Barnaby finished in the top eight per cent for NSW and the ACT.

Here's his certificate, which was presented at school assembly on Tuesday.

Edward starts his cricket career at Balmain Tigers

Edward has joined the Balmain Tigers Cricket Club.

Today he had his first training session at Taplin Park in Drummoyne.

Edward received a Milo backpack, a shirt, ball, bat, a Milo hat and some milo.

Horse riding

Grandma Cowlishaw took us to horse riding in Centennial Park on Friday.

Here we are crossing at the lights opposite the park as we return to the stables.
